Kaylar is a fitness motivator with a refreshingly interactive and comprehensive approach to helping her clients achieve their health goals. With over 10 years of professional fitness experience, Kaylar specializes in weight loss, muscle gain, nutrition referral, and sports & health conditioning. She started Total Body Fitness in 2005 to personally train individuals in relinquishing their mind, body, and spirit to God through exercise. She believes that a totally fit body is the cornerstone to overall health and wellness, and that relinquishing yourself is the first step on the road to a new, healthy lifestyle.
